The Youth Service Feedback Group comprises of youth coaches, people leaders, and YSSU staff who provide valuable insights and feedback on Youth Service policies and processes.
purpose
The Youth Service Provider Feedback Group (the Group) is established to facilitate communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Youth Service programme.
objectives
The primary purpose and objective is to gather insights and feedback from Youth Service providers to enhance the effectiveness of Youth Service. This includes:
- Provide a platform for Youth Service providers to express their opinions and experiences.
- Collect constructive feedback on Youth Service policies, processes, and implementation.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery of the programme.
- Foster collaboration among Youth Service providers for shared learning and best practices.
membership
- The group is voluntary, and members can enter or exit at any point in time
- The group shall consist of representatives from various Youth Service providers and YSSU staff.
- Members will be selected based on their experience, commitment, and geographic representation to ensure diversity.
meetings
- The group will meet every two months, starting from April of that year, on the first Thursday of that month.
- Meetings will be conducted virtually for an hour.
- Ad-hoc contact may occur outside the schedule meeting.
responsibilities
- Share experiences, challenges, and successes related to Youth Service.
- Provide constructive feedback on programme components, policies, and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate on identifying innovative solutions and best practices.
- Work collectively towards the common goal of improving outcomes for young people.
