Welcome to the Youth Service NEET service.

In this module, you will learn about how young people are referred to the NEET service and how to:

  • accept, view and cancel a referral in ART
  • request a referral for a young person in ART
  • create a referral for a new NEET young person not in ART
  • accept a transfer of a young person from another provider
  • decline a referral
  • upload supporting documents
  • remove attachments
  • view the enrolment checklist in ART.

module 2 - client details

Supporting NEET clients

Once you have enrolled a NEET client into your service you are now able to support them further on their journey.  This will require you to work in the client’s record. The actions you will be able to do include: 

  • updating client details
  • viewing and challenging SLI
  • transfer the client to another provider if they move
  • creating needs
  • creating, editing and completing activities
  • sending tasks to YSSU and responding to these if required
  • review client notifications
  • adding files notes
  • uploading documents
  • recording when administration, milestone checklist items have been met
  • viewing client histories 

This module provides information about the first of these tasks, updating the client's details.

module 3 - SLI rating

This module provides information about the Service Level Intensity (SLI) rating.  These ratings are only applicable to clients enrolled with the NEET service.

module 4 - transfers

Remember, some of the actions you can complete when working in the client’s record include:

- updating client details

- transferring the client to another provider if they move

- updating client needs

- creating, editing and completing activities

- sending tasks to YSSU and responding to these if required

- reviewing client notifications

- adding file notes

- recording when administration steps are completed, and working with Youth Service Plans

- recording when milestone goals have been met

- viewing client histories
